One thing to remember, in any situation, there are a million different right ways to do something. If it works, it isn't stupid. So keep an open mind when training and be flexible, that one way you learned that one time by that one person is NOT the end all be all of CQB.
Some methods contradict each other and that's okay.
These more advanced level tactics and training start to become more of a..... understand the basics but be level headed with decision making.
Sometimes one thing works, sometimes it gets someone killed.
Decision making and clear guidance from leadership is imperative to any successful operation and you should be training that into yourself and your folks around you.
When training, throw in unknown variables so leaders and others are forced to make decisions that go against that controlled training environment.

Good read bro, but a few things I’d like to add
1. GTFO of the doorway ASAP because you any threat is likely to focus all of his attention onto it.
2. You don’t want to hold up your follow up numbers or become a tripping hazard because you decided to take in the view.
3. Slow is smooth, smooth is fast.
PS: I’ve noticed a consistent theme with your posts are you LE or military by any chance?

Yessir good points, I'll be sharing other stuff on it later which will cover them in detail.

And for your last question just a common citizen.

The Thing You Have mentioned above i 100% and being a normal civilian you are a exception am from pakistan as well im deep into cqb have a few friends as cqb instructors from the us working with marine corps and us army i learned alot of stuff from them im down if anybody wants to train together just dm me im down for some cqb drills.
and i'd like to add one more concept thats limited penetration or u can say fight from outside you just have to pie the whole room and you just have to clear the dead spaces the deep angles.

We can always discuss the CQB theory virtually. I am testing Door Kickers 2. Which is phenomenal.

Ight I'll add you as soon as I got the time

With doors, you should always position on the hinge side. This means that you are able to cover all dead space and deep pockets as soon as they are exposed. Just a nifty trick I learned in airsoft
