There are numerous sources confirming that the Panjshir Jirga has decided not to fight with the Taliban. Let's see to what extent the Indian Puppets and Amrullah Saleh do the spoiling act!

Meanwhile, the NA is giving confusing signals.

Some circles claim Ahmed Massoud will be a part of the 12 member ruling council.
Another bad news for India it seems.

Well these negotiations need to wrapped up ASAP, because the Panjshiris could be stalling for time. In the interim, the Young Masood should make a public statement; preferably a video to get people use to the idea that a negotiated settlement has been reached.

It would be great if the young Masood is part of the 12 man ruling council. The first thing he can do, is as advocate for foreign humanitarian aid for the country, and for people to stay and help rebuild the country.

Hope this news is true.

The Indians are losing hope with their puppets.
Peace deal with Panjshir Resistance? Taliban 80% confident, claims report

Political settlement is needed and Afghans should take country into their own hands to decide their future. I hope the new government setup alleviates the pain of common Afghan who has suffered due to continous wars.

Taliban very clearly prioritised north in their offensives this year resulting in the surprise fall of north ahead of Kandahar.

What people have not figured out is Taliban very likely moved or recruited fighters inside Panjshir that can sabotage and frustrate military operations from the resistance. This is on top of the blockade that will deny food and ammunition resupplies.

Terrible news for Hindustan and Modi.

please stop this !!

not more fighting

make your autonomous region and just separate

enough of the fighting !!
keep your uncle brown ideas to yourself. no breakup of afghanistan. PERIOD! its time to break up the anglosaxon civilization.
This is my gut feeling too.
negative. panjshir does not have the luxury of stalling. they are surrounded, no food or medical supplies are getting in, they've lost most (if not all) of the high peaks and worst of all, WINTER IS AROUND THE CORNER. they are in no position to stall anything.

A respectable negotiated settlement for the Masood group within the Taliban establishment is the best that India can hope for at this point. At least with such a resolution, the Indian side could hope to have some sympathizers in the ruling establishment. It would also allow India to establish some sort of relationship with the Taliban in the future.

But if the Masood group keep their armed conflict with Taliban, then Indian side has nothing to gain.

Time or not they can't really do much the only thing giving them life was the terrain it was naturally build formbidle but aside from that if they were not on that terrain TB would have rolled over them in an hour... These forces in Mazar Sharif were 100 times stronger than these in Panjshir but the thing is that Panjshir has divinely given geography and outside of their shell they are insignificiant. TB could have just kept them prisoners in that tiny valley and winter is coming soon without even going in or even go in and grind them down and take over.. NA is very very weak.. It was never them but the Valley. 10k forces can't match 600k TB forces that are 10 times better armed and 100 times more battle hardened this was never a competition. It was more like a person who locked himself inside a panic room to take shelter against dozens of robbers..

Majority of the northern Talib forces are technically related to the Panjshiris and didn't want to engage them nor did all of talibs and in fact nobody from the TB were motivated to fight their panjshiri brothers spilling a muslim blood is nothing to make light off. This is good development

Congratulations to Talibs for achieving unification of Afghanistan after so many decades.
Sincerely hope for the betterment of Afghanistan and Pakistan. Abolishment of the Feudal warlord system, Confiscation of weapons from different racial factions should be next long term goal for them.
I'm most interested in the banking system and it's success or failure that the Taliban would implement.
