Only one document, i.e. JAFZA one, can lead to DQ. Otherwise the matter will go to trial court without DQ.

I don't think so. If you are talking about disqualification because of "Concealment of Assets" then it doesn't apply in this case. Only the property own by a person is to be declared and being a chairman doesn't mean you own it.
