I dont think a partial clean chit is an option anymore, either there would be a clean chit or a Disqualification.

I think a complete clean chit is impossible. If things were going towards that, PMLN would not be trying to make the JIT controversial and get them disqualified, they would have just sat and waited to be exonerated while extolling the fact that they have nothing to fear because they've done nothing wrong.

Pretty incoherent article by Sehbai.

If you connect the dots of his article and try to have wild (with a capital W) guess re Abba Jee - It could be Rafiq Tarar, Gen Kakar or Gen Aslam Beg, but most likely Rafiq Tarar.

But there are so many ifs and buts in this column that it loses its sting.

If JIT and SCP gives clean or partial clean chit to PM - things will lead to such a chaotic situation that no patriot Pakistani wants to imagine.

Qatari is not coming.. So qatari letter is out of the picture.. How can JIT give even partial clean chit to sharif family..even if it wants? Plus..as u also said earlier..partial clean chit is not a possiblity.. If PM fails on even any one question..he fails in all

I dont think JIT has been compromised... JIT members are officere with good reputation.. I dont think they will ever compromise in this case.. Media is making them controversial unnecessarily

However,..i am bit worried, due to advocate and pakora judge.. Its them, whom i dont trust completely...

However..silver lining is tht....mostly ppl think...only one more judge is reqd for disqualification...

Absolutely, I still stand by my words - decision will be either 100% or 0% re timeline, I am not sure how long can it extend. Would PMLN boycott JIT soon or would they wait till they are sure they can't manage it. Would they challenge the decision if they wait for final decision?

How much PMLN is willing to concede and what's it threshold for absorbing shocks.

By partial clean chit I mean letting NS exit with least damage. That's why yesterday I used term the term "Festival Fiasco" after having telephonic discussion with a colleague of SECP member in JIT.

Now..i am most impatiently waiting for baji to be summoned.. Her name is specifically mentioned in panama papers...theres an email too, showing her as beneficial owner...plus her interview to sana bucha where she claimed..none of her family members own any property in london.. However..theres no news yet on media, regarding her being summoned..

I couldn't figure out how the partial clean chit will be materialized, for me the 3-2 verdict in favour of JIT was actually a partial clean chit and that too for limited time period.

The person who leaked the picture has been identified in the report. They have given Khuwaja Haris, 2 days to review the report and then respond. It means the person is a government sympathizer, otherwise, response wouldn't have been required from Khuwaja..
