سپریم کورٹ میں عمران خان نااہلی کیس کی سماعت کے بعد دانیال عزیز اور حنیف عباسی کے ہمراہ میڈیا سے گفتگو کرتے ہوئے انہوں نے کہا کہ جے آئی ٹی رپورٹ کو ایٹمی دھماکا بنا کر پیش کیا گیا تاہم جے آئی ٹی کا دھماکا پٹاخہ بھی ثابت نہ ہوا۔”جے آئی ٹی رپورٹ کوئی آسمانی صحیفہ نہیں “۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ جے آئی ٹی والوں کو کہا تھا رپورٹ بنانی ہے مگر انہوں نے ناول لکھ دیا اور کریکٹر سرٹیفکیٹ جاری کرنا شروع کر دیے

There is news on ARY tht govt is goin to file for larger bench in court and basic reason fr larger bench will be given that due to judges remarks like godfather? Sicilian mafia they are not impartial therefore govt is goin to reuqest for larger bench ..my question is is it possible? Hw cn someone file it when investigation and proceeding is almost done..any one can shed light on this legal mattr here ..?

I dont think its possible now, the request will be rejected by the apex court.

There is a simple patwari technique being used again and again. They use a planted story in the media to make their fake case seem credible by using it as a reference to fall back on.

Someone make a chart of how they keep doing it day in and day out along side "whataboutism" as their go to defence.

There is a very obvious school boy level method to their madness. People need to focus on this method to expose these goons.

The games noony toons play with their journalist brethren!

The case was about date of ownership of Property and ownership of offshore companies by Ruling family and providing money trail of admitted ownership of the same.

The journalist talks, just like PMLN and even PPP leaders of the past, about something that was not the target of this investigation in the first place i.e public fund embezzlement.

Public fund embezzlement is some thing that usually gets proved case by case once a Govt. rule ends, just like we see with Sarkozi of France.

The aim is to keep the masses in doubt and supporters appeased.
