I am sorry this is ridiculous, looks like they need to be forced to be kicked out. Scumbags

:cry::cry::cry::cry::cry: press conference right now! report declared "raddi" by ministers. Called a PTI report. :D:D:D:D
Let them speak because as the more ministers of noon league will speak on the issue the more will make its own loss... SC is being compelled to take the sou moto action against the government...

JIT report never said to go for NAB reference. The statement was: The JIT is compelled to refer to.

This is what Hamir Mir said. @Farah Sohail

@Farah Sohail ; @PakSword ; @Verve

Now, in the retrospect, do you think the verdict was MORE CORRECT of these three judges or the other two (which disqualified NS on 20-April)????????

They reached to the conclusion of further investigation together with disqualification 2 months back.

'Game over': PM must resign now, demands Imran Khan

PTI chief Imran Khan addressing a news conference in Islamabad on July 10, 2017.

Soon after the probe report on Sharif family’s offshore assets was submitted to the top court on Monday, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan demanded immediate resignation of the prime minister.

“I demand the Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif to immediately tender his resignation,” Khan told reporters in Islamabad on Monday.

“I congratulate the nation as our struggle has met success and justice has been served,” he said and added “the game is over and the match is finished; it is just a matter of time before Nawaz vacates the Prime Minister’s House.”

Earlier today, noting that the PM’s family’s assets do not match their known income, the joint investigation team (JIT) recommended filing of reference against Nawaz Sharif and his sons with the National Accountability Bureau (NAB).

Members of the high-powered JIT submitted the fourth and final, 256-page report to the apex court.

The Sharif family is facing calls for accountability pertaining to their alleged offshore assets in the wake of Panama Papers leaks.

“Next Monday is far away,” he said while referring to the next date of hearing set by the top court to hear the case. “The PM should step down at once.”

Today, Imran continued, PTI’s stance that premier’s daughter Maryam Nawaz was the beneficiary owner of the Nielson and Nescol companies has also been proved.

He reiterated that institutions were working to save the ruling family from accountability, saying the SECP chairman being found guilty by the apex court of tampering record was an evidence. “They [rulers] have damaged the credibility of the institutions,” he added.

Hi,

What do you mean defeatist---.

Trust cannot be given to the court system first---. It has to earn it by its decisions---. And there is no major decision by the court favoring the public in their daily lives---either in criminal or civil case.

The high court and the supreme court of pakistan are a fraud and totally corrupt.
Institution of SC is not fraud, i take it you meant some judges played in the hands. Many institutions, political parties and individuals have committed illicit, illegal, unconstitutional acts, that does not make all fraud. This is the state of people. As Hadith says your actions rule over you.
This bench and JIT has worked under extreme political pressure from ruling class and their cohorts. We should hope for good. Angles wont descend to clean the system. In the end all lies with masses if they want to change.
