Didnt see detailed report on what arguments Sheikh Rashid presented today... But from the highlights, he was more into rhetoric today, rather than the case... I think SR was more focussed and presented much better arguments, last time, in Dec.... Dont know why?

But anyways...judges are clearly favoring Nawaz Sharif, so doesnt matter much

lekin dawn leaks main kafi logon ka khayal hai ke kyukay kuch leaks hi nahi hua tou faida... aur hum yeh danda sirf dikhanay ke liey aglay kafi saal tak rakh saktay hain... jahan idhar udhar muamla hua, waheen danda dikha dia..

Me too. Actually, there are more judges in the 5 member bench who are finding excuses in favor or Shareefs. Look at their questions... When they asked that can we ask the money trail for transactions that didn't involve Pakistan, I immediately knew that they have given a hint to Shareef's lawyers to give this argument in their defense. Naeem didn't expect these questions.

My stance as always been that this whole system needs to be burnt and rebuilt from scratch.

Maybe SC failing is what's required. If a senior judge takes his words back on 62 & 63 then this Judiciary is factually dead as an institution.

Yaar aap nay shayad argument sunay nahi.. Aik judge nay tou clearly keh dia hai ke Qanoon e Shahadat ke mutabiq, we cannot force anyone to bring evidence against himself...

Moreover, Qatri can say that he is not obliged to provide the documents, they are his private property.
