Ab agar woh reservations Bnch accept kar leti hai, esp those members..which were selected by the bench itself...tu unka bias bhtt ziada visible hojayega... I think then PTI should file a petition against advocate tht he is biased against PTI....and should start campaign against advocate then...

However..to make themselves look neutral..i dont think they will replace JIT members..but kuch aur aisa zuroor karsaktay hian jis se JIT ka morale down ho...

Muskhil hai .. CJ has the right to change this implementation bench as well and would these judges want to risk that at this stage, if they are that heavily biased and want to judge in favour?

As a delaying tactic, maybe these judges are willing to sacrifice themselves ... but what will they get with Khosa next in line?

It's not about implementation bench.. It's about the JIT members.. Bench can change members anytime..

On monday, they wil decide admissibility of H Nawaz petition.. They can say..until this matter is decided..JIT stops working for the time being..and reserve verdict on admissibility for few days... Delay the matter..and lower the morale of JIT..so tht it doesnt work with same conviction like before.. Although ke baad main woh is petition ko beshak reject kardein

Sec option is tht they reject the petition on monday itself....but give such remarks tht behave decently while interrogation..in accordance with such and such laws.. This will again lower the morale of JIT, while still trying to appear neutral... @PakSword

Regd campaign.. Ok then they should atleast file a petition, against implementation bench in SC... SC ko woh sunni hi paray gi...since they are hearing H Nawaz reservations on JIt members, chosen by SC...so they will atleast have to hear PTI's reservation... Advocate ke remakrs against IK can also be used ..and then the fact tht this bench has rejected all requests of PTI, while accepted H Nawaz ridiculous demands... However..i am sure, now PTI will never get Justice Khosa in their bench... Anyways.. Jo bhi doosray judges hon beshak...lekin atleast SC ko yeh petition sunni zuroor paray gi.. And even if not tht..PTI should take back their petition of panama case.. Is se bhi bht farq paray ga.. Aur SC par bhtt ziada moral pressure aayega.. Hsakata hai ke CJ ko suo moto lena paray..

But i still think tht bench will dismiss H Nawaz petition, but they will use other options

Koi bhi independent petition tu kisi bhi cheez par file karsakta hai..abt everything in this world.. H Nawaz ne bhi SC order ke against hi petition file ki hai..because SC selected this JIT, especially these two members after rejecting names by govt.. So this was a court order... H nawaz filed this petition before registrar.. Yehi PTI bhi karsakti hai...

As per klasra, one of these two members had conducted investigations into all properties of sharif family in musharraf's era, after one person from switzerland offered his help..he prepared a report which was presented to NAB and intelligence agencies..whoever no further progress was made.. Dont know..who is tht one, out of these two?

Will watch vid tomorrow.. However I think its a big blunder by PTI to praise bilal rasool at this point, when theres a hearing on monday.. Sharif family can use this too, in court

No he didn't praise.. He just said that SC selected competent members based on their past performance..

No not hudaibya case.. Woh tu hai hi.. Uske ilaawa..Klasra ne bataya tha ke ek member ke pass saari verified info hai, Sharif family ki saari properties ke baaray main.. I think aap wed ka klasra ka show dekhein.. Us main zikr hai., ke ek koi aadmi aaya tha musharraf k pass...from switzerland and offered to share and verify all details of sharif family all properties on certain conditions .. Tu us waqt 2 log gaye thay..Pak se...investigation aur verification karnay and then prepared report and gave it to NAB and intelligence agencies.. So one member already has all details of sharif family's properties and all businesses since 10 yrs.. JIT ko ab koi fresh investigation ki zuroorat nahi hai
