Ohh yes... this is the best one.. But Huqooq ul Ibad bhi itnay asaan nahi hain.. They start from the household and then expend to close relatives, neighbors, then ummah..

Justice Khosa says ke though it should be more clear..lekin ab jab aisa nahi hai..,,aur ye article humaray constituition ka part bhi hai ..so we should not shy away from applying it, where we find it suitable..aur waqt ke saath saath is article ki kuch interpretation honay bhi lagi hai.. And says we should apply it restrictively... Bht broader view nahi lena chahye... He says it deals with public morality... And then quotes Justice Qazi Faiz Isa's judgment...

Mujhe bhi justice Qazi faiz Isa ki interpretation bhtt achi lagi.. He did it as CJ of Balochistan High Court.. Though Justice Qazi faiz Isa ke pass direct disqualification ka case nahi tha.. ECP ne kisi ko disqualify kiya tha, uske baad woh appeal main BHC gaya tha tu Justice Qazi faiz Isa ne uski appeal reject ki thee, with this inetrpretation of 62/63

Kash pakora judge ne bhi woh judgment parh li hoti....tu itni lame arguments na di hotein, legal aur moral honesty ki.......Advocate ne tu kher apni verdict main 62/63 ka topic chera hi nahi.. Abt justice Ijazul Ahsan, i dont know..

Waqayi... Mujhe bhi lagta hai ke baqi 3 judges ne in 2 judges ki judgment parhi hi nahi hogi.. Bas pooch liya hoga ke aap log kiya karrahay hain? Jab pata chala hoga ke disqualify karrahay hain? Tu unhon ne tu kaha hoga ke nahi...disqualify tu kar hi nahi saktay...uske baad inki judgment parhnay ki bhi zehmay nahi ki higi..ke atleast parh tu lein...ke inhon ne kiya arguments diye hain???

Mera khyal hai ke Justice aijazul Ahsan ne bhi shayad dissenting judgment nahi parhi hogi.. Agar parhi hoti tu shayad atleast woh apna mind change kar letay....after reading their arguments... Because he only disagreed with the conclusion.. Warna saari baatein tu suna hai ke wohi likhi hain.. Agar woh parh letay inke arguments tu shayad woh bhi agree kar jaatay..

I also think, tht Justice Ijazul Ahsan is a nice person.. I dont doubt his intention.. Bas ye soch rahi thee ke inhon ne dissenting judgment aur uske arguments parhay bhi thay ya nahi? Ya is liye ke he didnt agree with disqualification tu woh judgment parhi bhi nahi??

If after so much lengthy investigations and trial, IK is disqualified by any judge, my trust on judiciary will be no more there..
