No.. Dawn leaks main Maryam ko arrest nahi kiya jasakta... Ye nahi hoga..

But why? Is there any such thing in our religion, constitution or ethics that she can't be arrested and punished...We need to get out of this mindset.

I am atleast hoping for arrest of Fawad Hasan Fawad..in dawn leaks case... Agar ye arrest hogaya tu Sharif family tu gayi......Lekin woh bhi filhal tu mushkil nazar aaraha hai.

At what level is he involved because I still think he is not the main culprit but I guess if he gets arrested and taken care of the military personnel for some "quality time", I think he will divulge the names of the real culprit and then there will be no reason for the military no to act on that info. And if they don't arrest and punish the real culprits then how can they punish these pawns? Let him go as well. We have to get go of this bad habit of discriminating between holy cows and scapegoats. We will never solve an issue rather create more turmoil and anarchy in the society through unjust practices which been going on since long.

Problem is, the last bench has already given its 'verdict'...so it is totally possible that last 3 judges are considered the final word.

And 2-1 decision in NS favor might let NS go scott free...

Verdict is 2-3 where 3 want to find out more. And if out of 3, 2 says No and even 1 says Yes, final verdict will be 3-2 against NS.

2 judges have given final verdict. JIT is for the 3 to give their final verdict. It will be out of 5. No one is stupid enough to believe that the verdict is in the hands of only 3 judges now.

This is still the continuation of the same case. It is not something new.
