although one judge was still confused.. phir he had to resort to even a lesser punishment/ no punishment.

he knew that abb long run main bhi nikal jaega.. he thought ke lets name him GODFATHER.. at least NS will be called a mafia head from now on..

His verdict was very balanced.. but he changed the tone later.. after feeling helpless..
.

@bold... Was tht one judge Justiec Ijazul Ahsan?..who changed his mind later? But i still dont doubt his intentions though... Haan pakora judge aur advocate ki neeyat par mujhe poora poora shak hai...but I dont doubt Justice Ijazul Ahsan's intentions..still..even if he changed his mind later..

@ red.. What u say is very much possible.. I love him, if this really is the case... Kiun ke its obvious from his verdict tht he wrote this judgment with utter disgust and contempt for the sharif family.. Sirf disqualification ki baat nahi hai.. ......I hate sharif family to the core...but even I was surprised at his tone..ke kia waqayi...koi itni harsh /sarcastic language ek legal document main use karsakta hai..tht too against the sitting PM? Esp when talking abt qatari prince..he remarked..a friend in need is a friend indeed..

Aur aap ki woh baat theek lagti hai..ke inke saath ab bhtt bura honay wala hai... Justice Khosa ne extreme risk liya hai..even Justice Gulzar too., they both have taken extreme risk.... If disqualification was the majority verdict...tab shayad itna farq na parta..because it would then have been implemented...aur nawaz sharif ke liye kuch karna thora sa mushkil hota..

In 2 judges ko pata tha ke inn ki judgment implement nahi hosakti... Phir bhi ITNIII ZIADA harsh tone use karna? Tht too against a sitting PM? Kia inhein Nawaz Sharif ki history nahi pata..ke kaisy SC par hamla kiya tha? Even if army had given them security assurance to the judges earlier on...lekin agar disqualification majority verdict hota..tab itni mushkil na hoti... Ab tu inhon ne sitting PM ko openly dare aur challenge kia hai... Aur bhtt ziada harsh tone use ki hai... Mujhe lagta hai ke inke aur inki family ke liye bhtt risk hai..esp given the history of PML N..

PML N and their social media is extremely pissed off at Justice Khosa, since he write the main dissenting note..tht too in such harsh tone... Infact ek news TV par ye bhi chali thee..tht PM is thinking to go for review..esp against Justice Khosa's remarks..they think he overstepped and used political statements... PM has asked his legal team to give their opinion on this...I am sure..they wouldnt eventually go for appeal..ke uska faida nahi hoga..as scope of review is extremely limited..but atleast this shows tht PM is extrenely pissed off..at Justice Khosa.... So unke liye bhtt ziada risky situation hai..

I am afraid ..aur kuch nahi...tu koi defamation campaign zuroor start hosakti hai.. Gen Raheel ne tu kuch kiya hi nahi tha, PML N ke against..uske bawajood...unko defame kiya... Justice Khosa aur Gulzar ke saath tu jo karein ye log...woh kam hai...esp Justice Khosa ke against

Kia farq parta
Justice Khosa and Gulzar won't even bother reading the JIT report.. They have already made up their mind.. It is only one judge who still has to make up his mind..

Advocate is minority in many aspects of the judgment.. So he won't matter.. But I am talking about the implementation of this judgment in developed countries, not in Pakistan.. In Pakistan you can expect anything..

Mujhe tu lagta hai..ke unless and until its a legal requirement...jaisy Justice Wajih keh rahay thay ke aisy cases ko part heard (?) kaha jaata hai.... Agar legal requirement na hui...tu ye dono dissenting judges us bench main bethein ge hi nahi... Woh khud hi Chief Justice ko keh dien ge ke humara naam na daalein

Haan ...agar legal requirement hui..tu zuroor bethein ge... Us situation main sirf Justice Ijazul Ahsan ko aur convince hona hoga.. And i think ke shayad woh ho bhi jayein.. Kiun ke Justice Wajihuddin keh rahay thay...ke findings of JIT will be not be final and legally binding... Judges will have authority to reject those findings... So maybe Justice Ijazul Ahsan ko convince karna itna mushkil na ho........because unka due process wala objection tu khatam hogaya hoga...

If I tell you that me and my family were supporters of this moron, back in 90s when he was considered as the torch bearer of right wingers, a force of good against the evil Benazir, would that make me and my family traitors?

A lot of water have passed since under the bridge, if corruption, nepotism, incompetency wasn't bad enough, dirty dealing with forigen powers and worst with enemy nations of Pakistan, was the icing on the cake.

Establishment brought him for a purpose and he failed, went on a tangent. And if present setup in establishment is supporting this moron, then only one conclusion can be drawn out of this. It's only the petty personal interests of those sitting on top is at play here against the national interests.

Watch the space, come the time of retirement of Bajwa when names for new COAS goes to the table of Maryam Safdar (your future PM), the incumbent ISI cheif will be automatic choice. On the basis of, I have rubbed your back, now you rub mine. Everyone happy with this arrangement even the international establishment except those who want put Pakistan on righteous path.

There should be no holly cows in Pakistan now if this country has to achive it's full potential.
Sir, I appreciate your honesty but one more enquiry.

So if Nawaz was good back then, does it make OK for the establishment to interfere in politics? The same goes for Imran. Can anybody justify the interference in politics by the military by just saying that they are trying to bring forth the "right" person?

This is our problem. It is NOT OK for the military to support a politician even if he the CLEANEST and MOST HONEST HEAVEN-SENT person on the freaking planet. This is a matter of PRINCIPLE but we have bad habit of making exceptions to the rule based on our prejudiced opinions.

So those who are frustrated with the fact the why doesn't the military do the same for Imran as they did for Nawaz are DEEPLY FLAWED in their thinking.

Just like there is no good terrorist and bad terrorist, similarly there is no good military intervention and bad military intervention. All terrorists and all interventions are bad.

Yeh baat paper pe tou achi lagti hai.. PAKISTAN main iski implementation next to impossible hai..

Aap dekhti jaein, JIT kia gul khilati hai...

@bold... Kon si baat? Tht judges have authority to reject findings of JIT???

Waisy...right now...am most worried abt safety of two judges and their families.. Allah unko aur unki families ko mehfooz rakhay.... Because they have OPENLY CHALLENGED AND DARED sitting PM... And tht too, a person like Nawaz Sharif..who has history of attacking SC

On a lighter note though...if Justice Khosa and Nawaz Sharif..ever come across face to face...with each other... Tu kia situation hogi?:lol: In dono ka aamna saamna hogaya....agar kisi function main...tu kia reaction hoga...dono ka?:lol:

So did anyone ever understood the real verdict? I mean the announced official verdict which offers the prime minister a chance to save face.
I am more or less satisfied with the verdict as it provides a clear intention by the international and national establishment on how to proceed.
For a neutral observer in grand scheme of things Justice has prevailed. The whole world cannot afford a Syrianise or Libyanese Pakistan. Just too important a cog in International politics.
Although nature dictates that Hamza should be provided a fair chance rather Maryam but that is beyond anyone's control as this moment in time.

@Farah Sohail There are some alleged messages doing round that Mr. Azal got awarded a hefty chunk of land in Islamabad on the 12th April and Mr. Fateh went to Washington via Riyadh on board a chartered flight catered to bring home a soldier. Now that should keep your imagination ticking for a while.

He cant confront anyone head on

All those who are whining over Dawn Leaks, were very happy when General Musharaf got a clean chit from Article 6 proceedings. Now don't be hypocritical and appreciate Maryam's clean chit with as much fervour.

Verdict is clear and you are correct.

Had you been a moderator .. they may have paid heed to what you are saying ... but right now they are too lost in the nitty gritty and technicalities whilst ignoring the regional game play. They'll see the bigger picture sooner or later.

I have nothing against anyone.
They are helping us understand the technicalities so I am a happy learner.
