Either you have no knowledge of islamic political system or you have no knowledge of democracy ...

In democracy people are supreme and parliment being representative to supreme ... they cqn pass whatever law they want ... for example in democracy a parliment can legalise gay marriages where same is haram ...

In islamic system parliment is under the rule set by quran and sunnah ...

This is a huge difference ...

Yaar Verve it was IKs demand to persuade PM to resign.. on which Gen RS said he can't do it.. and then IK said he can't accept his offer as whatever Gen RS will do, will not be effective.. because PM was still in the office.
So who made the unconstitutional demand?

Gen RS went out of the way to ensure filing of FIR, with right wording.. He was supposed to act from behind only, within the constitution of course..

Bro, 'Demanding' the PM to resign is NOT unconstitutional - find me in constitution where it says that 'demanding' is illegal! In democracies all over the world, opposition do demand resignation of PM. Actual resignations happen in Japan every other year!

In an Islamic democracy , the leader is obliged by the Quran to run the affairs of the people using ‘Shura’ (consultation). He is elected based upon confidence to lead, not on his policies, because he is obliged to derive laws based upon the Quran and Sunnah – and has no option to not implement the clear laws contained therein, even if not convenient for government, which provides full protections for people’s rights at all times.

In a modern (Western) secular Democracy, the leaders are not obliged to consult the people in running the affairs (nor fulfil their promises). They derive laws from what is convenient, and may (and do) take away people’s rights using that justification (e.g. ‘its for security…’ or ‘the majority want it against you and the minority’).

In Islam, the leader remains in power until he becomes unjust or incompetent.
In a modern (Western) secular Democracy, the leader remains in power despite being unjust or incompetent, and may get elected again if he can lie to the people to persuade them he is the lesser of two evils.

In an Islamic State, the leader’s position is secure, and can’t be bullied, controlled or bossed around by corporations, lobby groups and rich businessmen – and so remains independent to pursue his conscience.
In a modern (Western) secular Democracy, the leader is dependent on money from corporations, lobby groups and rich businessmen, to fund his re-election campaigns, and fund his party.

Islam protects your rights, even when its not convenient.
modern (Western) secular Democracy gives you your rights, until its not convenient.

Islam demands rulers seek your opinion, and not make false promises and lies to get your vote every four years.
In a modern (Western) secular Democracy, the leaders seek your vote, not your opinion.

and finally,

An Islamic State is based upon sovereignty to the Creator, who doesn’t change his mind, it not prone to prejudice, bigotry or ignorance.
A modern (Western) secular Democracy, is based upon sovereignty of the Individual, who does change their mind, is prone to prejudice, bigotry and ignorance.

Who would you like to rule you?

Being a 22 grade officer, you can't demand the PM to resign.

To do that, you have to resign, wait for 2 years, and then do the politics.

Only Supreme Court has this power, that too if the "trial" occurs, or in the inquisitorial proceeding it becomes crystal clear that PM has broken the law, the punishment of which results in disqualification. Even EC can't disqualify directly, it can only de-notify a member of assembly. Ye alag baat hai ke PM ki post automatically khatam hojaegi if a person doesn't remain a member.

IKs demand was to accept this offer of "transparent inquiry on 2013 elections" only on one condition, if PM resigns and Gen RS helps him in sending this message across, which for obvious reason, RS denied.

Panamagate verdict will be acceptable to us: DG ISPR
By News Desk
Published: April 6, 2017

The Supreme Court’s verdict on the Panamagate case will be acceptable to the army, Radio Pakistan quoted the military’s top spokesman as saying on Wednesday.

Interacting with the British media during a trip to the UK, Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Director General Maj Gen Asif Ghafoor also said allowing former army chief Gen (retd) Raheel Sharif to lead the military alliance of 41 Muslim nations announced by Saudi Arabia was the decision of the state.

Pakistan positively engaged in promoting regional peace: Army chief
“Saudi Arabia had requested Pakistan to allow Raheel Sharif to head the military alliance while he was still serving as the army chief,” Maj Gen Ghafoor said, adding that Gen Raheel’s appointment would serve as bridge to bring participating countries closer.
“Pakistan wants good relations with India, Afghanistan, Saudi Arabia and Iran and does not want any tension in the region,” the ISPR chief said. “Be it Afghanistan or India, Pakistan does not believe in proxy war. Pakistan wants good relations with them,” he added.
The statement comes days after Iran voiced its concerns over Islamabad’s decision to give greenlight to General (retd) Raheel Sharif to lead the multi-nation coalition.
Maj Gen Asif Ghafoor also underscored the progress under its new anti-terror operations Raddul Fassad and added that the government was working on madrassas reforms.

Army will accept any verdict in Panamagate case: ISPR DG

LONDON - Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) Director General Maj Gen Asif Ghafoor on Wednesday said that Pakistan Army will accept any verdict that comes in Panamagate case, reported private TV channels.

Talking to newsmein in London, he maintained that no matter what the verdict is, the decision will be accepted by everyone including the Army.

Maj Gen Asif Ghafoor claimed that the impact of Operation Raddul Fasad will soon come out. "The Army is the only army in the world that has defeated terrorism," he claimed. He said they have been working fast on ‘Madrassa Reforms’ within Pakistan.

While talking about army chief’s visit to UK, ISPR DG expressed that the overall visit was a successful one and that Pakistan has informed UK about its anti-Pakistan reservations.

He expressed that the war against terrorism was not our war at first.

Ghafoor revealed that the US used Pakistan in war against Russia, and Taliban were formed during that time, however the Americans went back without reforming the situation.

Ghafoor said that the appointment former army chief General Raheel Sharif as head of the 39-nation coalition of Muslim countries is a decision of the state. "Raheel Sharif's appointment to the Saudi-led military alliance is a decision of the state of Pakistan," said Ghafoor.

Ghafoor also revealed that the matter of General Raheel Sharif leading the coalition forces has been finalised; however he cleared that the Pakistani troops won’t come out of the Saudi Arabian territory. He also said that the country wishes for better relationship with Iran and Saudi Arabia.

Ghafoor, while talking to media personnel, said Pakistan wishes for better relations with India and Afghanistan. "Pakistan does not want to create tensions in the region and does not believe in proxy wars," said DG ISPR.
