I know that there are reports of an attack.. And I think SC ko bhi khatra hai.. But the way security is tightened, SC ko kaam jaari rakhna chahiey tha.. I don't think security issue ki wajah se Gulzar sahib baagh chhor kar dasht main chalay gaey hain..

These kind of stresses are harmful and can cause serious issues. I hope you may understand that sometimes, few couldn't stand against or bear it.

Well......... Ahhem...cough cough..... too early to say anything. Be patient and have a good time. There are many forces/stake holders with a SAY in such matters and it wouldn't be that easy to punish not just a public figure but a person with international relations.

Bhai, this is not an official statement.... Please.... ... Not departments but you know, it is always about foreign relations and people that always help us in crucial times hence, cannot be ignored as well. Also, a direct punishment to a person with such relations cannot be kicked out like this therefore, there are ways to do the same but in more respected/decent manners.

But don't you think in such a tight security, judges shouldn't feel stressed?

Not necessarily to be under stress due to the threat to life but a lot of other matters that involves many thins. Recently, a member (Judge) of National Industrial Relations Commission died due to heart failure and he was under stress (cannot comment further).

Word department was stated in other way and same does not involve Military at all...... We can say for the few that NS holds much influence in there... Military is standing totally separate in the matter and has it hands full of many things to deal with. We have terrorism, internal security issues as well as CPEC as priority that our rivals are seeking an opportunity to exploit any weakness. The more important thing is, Law must be obeyed and let the concerns decides under the law for the future of these thugs. Also, it is not going to stop with NS & Family but next and then so on.... Apparently, now appeasing India and accepting Indian demands is the new state policy and "national interest" of Pakistan, according to new military leadership... Ye din bhi dekhna tha... Pehle dawn leaks story ne India ko khush kiya, phir jo so called badla liya, govt se..us ne India ko aur bhi ziada khush kiya... Woww!!! Amazing.. As i said, acc to our new military leadership, appeasing India is now Pak's national interest

that is the reason I have been silent on this..... Idaray have nothing to do with any safe passage at all.... @Farah Sohail no need to jump to such conclusion, Behan Ji. There is nothing like safe passage at all however, IMO, there are many ways to punish. The real thing is to punish for betterment of Pakistan.

If one was to doubt the SC, a decision would have come a while back and daily hearings wouldn't have happened. Justice shouldn't only be done but also needs to be seen so that objections are minimal.

Anyone can search my post in this thread alone that I have been saying as mere disqualification is not a solution in long term but getting rid of the cult in long terms while preventing them from any access in any form in future would be beneficial for us otherwise, the trend would be settled as loot the money, be disqualified by the Courts, leave for abroad and enjoy the rest of the life.

Seeking an urgent piece of justice will bring no good but temporary satisfaction. Court is proceeding the matter in details just because there would be less objections, whining etc and they may not have a chance to be called as political martyrs that soon will be in office due to blind love of the followers as yet large number of supporters, is not much educated or aware of the black business.

The first part of justice is already served that almost every Pakistani is aware about the real things that have been hidden from the public but contains the true face of culprits and thugs. Rest about the observations as whats going on behind close doors, IMO, the ruling elite is trying to minimize the damage as much as they can and for the same, they are running from pillar to post like chickens. Also, need to keep in mind that they got friends as well and sometimes we cannot simply punch them though can punish them the way that many others will learn the lesson so let's hope for the best.
