آپ مجبور کر رہے ہیں تو مجبورا سچ بول ہی لیتے ہیں۔ ضمیر کا بوجھ چین نہیں لینے دیتا۔ کوئی ذاتی عناد شامل نہیں ہے۔ کوئی سیاسی داؤ پیچ مقصود نہیں۔ نہ مسلم لیگ کا کارکن ہوں اور نہ پی ٹی آئی کا۔ کل تک جو کچھ مسلم لیگ کے فائدے میں جا رہا تھا اور وہ خوش تھے تو آج اگر کچھ نقصان میں جا رہا ہے تو برداشت کر لیجیے ۔ یہی گزارش پی ٹی آئے کے دوستوں سے ہے کہ کل تک جو کچھ لکھتا تھا، اپنی معلومات اور جہموریت کے ساتھ وابستگی کی بنیاد پر لکھتا تھا۔ آج حقیقت کا علم ہوا ہے تو وہ بھی پیش خدمت کر رہا ہوں۔
اس میں کیا شک ہے کہ سپریم کورٹ پاکستان کی سب سے معتبر عدالت ہے۔ سپریم کورٹ نے نہ صرف نوازشریف بلکہ ان کے پورے خاندان کے خلاف بدعنوان ہونے کا فیصلہ دے دیا۔ اس کی اب لوگ جو تاویلیں کرنا چاہتے ہیں وہ کر لیں۔ میں نے بھی چھ گھنٹے قبل تاویل کی کوشش کی تھی مگر سچ جامد عمل نہیں ہے۔

مسلم لیگ نون کو شکر کرنا چاہیے کہ عدالت نے ابھی جے آئی ٹی کی پوری رپورٹ پبلک نہیں کی ورنہ شاید نواز شریف کو سر چھپانے کی جگہ نہیں ملتی۔ مشکل یہ ہے میں صاف صاف لکھ نہیں سکتا کہ دسویں جلد میں کیا لکھا ہے۔ اگر کسی دن دسویں جلد سامنے آ گئی تو آپ دیکھیں گے کہ اس میں مودی اور جنڈال سے سازباز کے کیسے ہوش ربا قصے درج ہیں۔ نواز شریف کے کارخانوں میں سینکڑوں بھارتی کیا لینے آتے تھے؟ ہر بار جب نواز شریف مشکل میں آتے تو ملک میں بد امنی کیوں پھیل جاتی تھی؟ آپ یہ بھی دیکھیں گے اپنے ملک کے اہم ترین اداروں کے خلاف نواز شریف نے کیسے مودی کو ورغلایا۔ حد یہ ہے کہ سعودی عرب کے نئے منتخب ہونے والے پرنس کو یہ تک کہا گیا کہ راحیل شریف بہت خطرناک آدمی ہے۔ یہ آپ کا بھی تختہ الٹ سکتے ہیں اس لئے جتنی جلدی ممکن ہو ان سے جان چھڑا لیں۔
آپ یہ بھی دیکھیں گے کہ عمران خان کو تو صرف دس ارب روپے کی آفر کی گئی تھی مگر جے آئی ٹی اراکین کو اتنے پیسوں کی آفر کی گئی کہ لکھتے ہوئے جھوٹ کا خوف ہوتا ہے۔ پچاس ارب روپے۔ جی ہاں ہر ممبر کو دس دس ارب روپے۔ یہ بھی پیغام بھیجا گیا کہ ہمیں پانامہ کرپشن پر بے شک نااہل کریں مگر خدارا یہ جنڈال اور مودی کے واقعات کی دسویں جلد کسی طرح سپریم کورٹ سے باہر نہ آنے پائے۔

سب جانتے ہیں کہ عدالت نے نوازشریف کو ایک کمزور پوائنٹ پر نااہل کیا کہ دوبئی کی کمپنی سے تنخواہ (جو نواز شریف لینے سے انکاری ہے) جو آپ نے لینی تھی مگر نہیں لی اس کے باوجود آپ نے اسے اپنے اثاثوں شمار نہیں کیا اس لئے آپ نا اہل ہیں۔

مگر ٹہرئیے۔ اب جس طوفان نے آنا ہے وہ آجائے۔ یہ خود نوازشریف نے درخواست کی تھی کہ دسویں جلد پبلک نہ کی جائے بھلے مستقل نااہل کیا جائے بس زندگی کی ضمانت دی جائے۔ شروع میں جب مسلم لیگ کی طرف سے دھمکیاں شروع ہوئیں تو آپ کو یاد ہو گا کہ ایک جسٹس صاحب نے کہا تھا کہ اگر ضروری ہوا تو ہم دسویں جلد بھی پبلک کریں گے۔ تب نواز شریف نے راتوں رات شہباز شریف، سعد رفیق اور اسحاق ڈار کو چوہدری نثار کے پاس بھیجا کہ آپ اوپر صرف یہ بات منوا لیں کہ دسویں جلد پبلک نہیں ہو گی۔ نواز شریف ساری زندگی کے لئے نا اہل ہونا قبول کرتے ہیں۔ چوہدری نثار نے تیس سالہ رفاقت کو مدنظر رکھتے ہوئے یہ پیغام تو اوپر پہنچا دیا مگر انہیں اتنا بڑا صدمہ ہوا کہ انہوں نے سیاست سے ہی کنارہ کشی کا اعلان کر دیا۔ یہ طے ہے کہ شریف خاندان کا سورج پاکستان میں مستقل غروب ہو چکا ہے۔
جے آئی ٹی رپورٹ کی دسویں جلد کی تفصیلات اتنی شرمناک ہیں کہ اگر میں شئیر کر سکتا تو آپ رونگٹے کھڑے ہو جاتے۔

لاعلمی کی بنیاد پر میں جمہوریت کی جنگ سمجھتے ہوئے نوازشریف کے ساتھ کھڑا تھا مگر تفصیل جاننے کے بعد شرمندہ ہوں۔ امید ہے جن دوستوں کی دل آزادی ہوئی ہے وہ درگزر فرمائیں گے۔
