I'm sure that Ch.Nisar is still playing for Shahbaz and will keep his guns pointed at Nawaz and Maryam ...while Zaeem will keep his guns pointed at Shahbaz and Hamza.

Our establishment is being classically politicised in the midst of it all by using the jeep symbol to take advantage of its lack of understanding of political game of thrones being played out by the rich and powerful corrupt to the best of their abilities - double crossing, triple crossing and what not - for them to play such a hand under their current predicament, still speaks volumes of the cunning political mindset of the corrupt lot.

If Nisar is not in a win win situation for himself then what else is this but not political mastery? To think that he has an understanding and a half cooked pot with Imran Khan too really shows that we have been underestimating the guy.

I'm sure Ch.Nisar will win his seats and Zaeem will lose.

Every Jeep symbol candidate being supported by ISI as a large group is just to malign establishment and take political mileage from it...no more than a dozen or so jeep symbol independent candidates might be able to win from Punjab.

PTI should be proactive and not take things for granted as it is what else but a fluid political game of chess.

It is but better for the country is not better for Nawaz and thats all he cares about, his personal interest above all else.

The Noonies are probably gauging that they will be able to get bail and avoid arrests or if they do get arrested for sometime then they will still get bail as soon as they appeal the verdict in high court. Meanwhile, they can ride the sympathy wave among die hard supporters that they were put in jail and take advantage of it by victoriously coming out and jump starting their election campaign.

The state on the other hand should do well to counter this move and let them rot in jail till after the elections to allow them to get bail and get out... how that can be made possible is nothing else but for their contempt of court proceedings be picked up again by CJP and this time they really get sentenced and spent a month or two like Nehal Hashmi. They actually deserve it and what other appropriate time can be than this, as was once stated by CJP that he will take up contempt of court proceedings against the duo at an appropriate time.

This is the only fear that's probably trembling the knees of Nawaz or else he would have been back by now.

If agreed then Maryam will arrive in a few days and Nawaz will keep deferring his return in the name of Kulsoom till the elections. If not then Maryam will think about risking arrest as they would have no choice left... State should not fall for this Bluff of deferring the verdict but the court should give the sentence as announced on the 6th.

Aur verdict agar election ke baad aata tou yeh election main iss bayaniyay ke saath jatay ke NS ke upar kuchh sabit nahi hosaka..

One thing is for sure that they will get sentenced due to lack of any sort of defence and complete failure of Kh.Haris and Co. Rest is not so straight forward. The obvious option is bail. When they apply for it or get it is another game.

After the verdict, when Maryam arrives, she may or may not be arrested and NAB may again choose not to arrest but let her get bail...surely she will not be able to contest the elections due to her sentencing. So all she can do is hold Jalsas and repeat the narrative of chaos...then again PMLN might boycott the elections and start street agitation too. Its all about what level of nerve Maryam has got... Nawaz is used to buckling down and making deals under pressure but a stubborn Maryam is not, she is the reason they are caught up in this mess so deeply in the first place.

When they do return to spread chaos and anarchy and to keep the slithering, poison spitting serpents in check, CJP should take up the deferred contempt of court proceedings against the Kingpin and his Daughter too.
