The following is my own assessment of what PMLN top tier leadership must be contemplating as possible options in the face of ominous court verdicts and tightening noose on prolific corruption in other lucrative projects:

It is probably also being decided that Maryam Nawaz has to play her parallel game by seemingly defying Shahbaz Sharif and seemingly coerce her father to return to Pakistan and campaign against establishment along the same lines as before and even more poisonous.

The new cunning return politics policy is based on acting all sheep like and boot licking to secure a return to Pakistan at first but after securing their return, Maryam has planned to adapt a harsher and more potent attacking stance against establishment to repeat the successful agitation politics that revived PMLNs popularity after Panama Decision. Nawaz Sharif will say that its Maryams policy and that the daughter is renegading from my and Shahbaz Sharif's agreeing to adapt boot licking policy.

When will establisment learn that these Sharifs are all one and the same and there is no difference on opinion but the order of Nawaz (Maryam) but just a cunning impression being given by Shahbaz that he is different from Nawaz. Shahbaz has no choice to work for his brother or wait for his demise as Shahbaz needs his brother for he himself is all caught up in 56 companies scandal and embezzling billions in Punjab Government projects.

The new policy in so many words: (Anything beyond is not in the capacity of Maryam Nawaz)

1) Act subservient of establishment and act as if agreeing to abide by law and be respectful of institutions.
2) Secure the return of Nawaz Sharif and Maryam without trial court Verdicts until elections and if not possible then to secure the return to do election campaign by blackmailing to boycott the same.
3) Create a diversion similar to the Multan fake fertilizer maker candidate against Agencies.
4) Use the excuse like the Jeep symbol being allotted to former ticket holders on Lion and use this gift of stupidity in own favor to prove the hand of establishment against PMLN.
5) Start the same old policy of agitation politics against state institutions that revived PMLN after Panama verdict but with unprecedented venom and verve that even verge on bloody riots...remember the Oaths of Lahore yatra time "rise up for your rights when i give you the call"... they have enough money to throw around and blind following to oblige them and start street agitation and riots - at least they think so.

The required outcome - get away with the ominous punishment from courts for their crimes :

1) Either Postpone the elections by spreading anarchy verging on civil war to push establishment to sit and talk on "Naya Emrani Muaaheda" - They want to avoid the wrath of the Punishment by the courts at any cost.

2) Or if not succeed in the above: Imposition of Martial Law or Civil Emergency or Judicial Emergency.

3) Or use above tactics to Blackmail their way into sidelining the state institutions as much as possible and use entrenched minions in bureaucracy to tilt the results in their favor as much as possible to survive, take advantage of deteriorating economic and political scenario and secure space to work against the courts.

There is simply no other way for Nawaz, Maryam, Shahbaz, Hamza, Kh Saad, Kh Asif, Ahsan Iqbal, Parvaiz Rasheed and thier partners in crime to survive accountability of their actions as well as corruption. Then their is the ever cunning Zardari looking for survival in the midst of all the chaos too.

ROK SAKTAY HO TO ROK LO!!!


There is just one way forward from all this: RULE OF LAW - Let the courts put Sharifs behind bars promptly without wasting any time and let the law take its course against all those who have looted the Nation dry...Return the looted wealth of Pakistan for minimum punishment or be persecuted and put behind bars for the maximum term.

What Sharifs and Zardari want is just another NRO of sorts...Just a foot hold...DEADLY FOR PAKISTAN.

استثنیٰ کی درخواست منظور کرلی گئی ہے۔اسلام آباد کی احتساب عدالت میں نوازشریف،، مریم نواز اور کیپٹن ریٹائرڈ صفدر کے خلاف نیب ریفرنسز کی سماعت ہوئی ۔ سماعت کے دوران نوازشریف اور مریم نوازعدالت میں پیش نہ ہوئے تاہم ان کے وکیل کی جانب سے ان کی حاضری سے استثنیٰ کی درخواست کی گئی۔ درخواست میں موقف اختیار کیا گیا کہ نواز شریف کی اہلیہ کلثوم نواز لندن میں انتہائی علیل ہیں۔درخواست کے ساتھ کلثوم نواز کی میڈیکل رپورٹس بھی منسلک کی گئی۔۔عدالت میں پیش کی گئی کلثوم نوازکی میڈیکل رپورٹ 27 جون کو تیارکی گئی تھی جس میں کہا گیا کہ کلثوم نوازکی طبیعت پہلے کی نسبت بہترہوئی ہے تاہم وہ ابھی تک ابھی تک وینٹی لیٹرپرہیں اورانہیں وینٹی لیٹرہٹانے کا فی الحال حتمی فیصلہ نہیں ہوا۔واضح رہے کہ کلثوم نوازگزشتہ برس سے لندن میں زیرعلاج ہیں، عید الفطرسے دو روز قبل طبیعت بگڑنے پر انہیں ہسپتال داخل کیا گیا جہاں ان کی حالت مزید تشویشناک ہوگئی۔نواز شریف اور مریم نواز بھی لندن میں ہی ہیں۔ احتساب عدالت میں سابق وزیراعظم نوازشریف اور مریم نواز کی جانب سے وکیل نے 7روز کیلئے حاضری سےاستثنیٰ کی درخواست دی۔ جس پراحتساب عدالت نے سابق وزیراعظم محمد نواز اور ان کی صاحبزادی مریم نواز کی 2دن کیلئے حاضری سے

استثنیٰ کی درخواست منظور کرلی ہے۔ایون فیلڈ ریفرنس پرسماعت کل تک کیلئے ملتوی کردی گئی ہے۔احتساب عدالت میں سابق وزیراعظم نواز شریف کی اہلیہ بیگم کلثوم نواز کی طبیعت سے متعلق میڈیکل رپورٹ بھی پیش کی گئی تھی۔ دوسری جانب احتساب عدالت نے العزیزیہ ریفرنس میں جے آئی ٹی سربراہ واجد ضیاء کو کل طلب کرلیا ہے۔سابق وزیراعظم نوازشریف کے وکیل خواجہ حارث واجد ضیاء پرجرح کریں گے۔دوسری جانب ایک خبر کے مطابق مسلم لگل (ن) کے قائد اور سابق وزیراعظم نواز شریف اور ان کی صاحبزادی مریم نواز نے ایک ہفتے مںہ وطن واپسی کا فصلہ کرلار۔ذرائع کے مطابق وطن واپسی کا فصلہ سنئر لی قا دت سے مشاورت کے بعد کا گای اور وطن واپس آکر دونوں مسلم لگ (ن) کی انتخابی مہم کی قاحدت کریں گے۔ذرائع نے یہ بھی بتایا کہ نواز شریف نے مختلف شہروں مںا انتخابی مہم چلانے کے لےی انتظامات کی ہدایت بھی کی ہے۔ذرائع کے مطابق مریم نواز کی پہلے وطن واپسی کی تجویز بھی زیرغور ہے۔(ف،م)

What ironic is the fact that the trial seems to have lasted longer than the punishment.

The latest is that Sharifs have successfully delayed the verdict in Avenfield case by running off to London.

The flip side is that this also means that they have abandoned the election campaign ground.

The usual lackluster PTI doesn't even care and nothing is happening to take advantage of their absence except when IK addresses a jalsa or presser.

If the London Sharifs don't return before the elections then Shahbaz, it seems has decided to concede these elections to end Nawaz's political clout and then build his own afterwards. Shahbaz is running a very low key elections campaign himself for what seems to be nothing else but the above reason.

Back to the cases, Nawaz and Maryam are now unsure about returning as they need assurances that verdict in avenfield case will not be given until after the elections to avoid arrest instead of a chance to campaign for chaos and bulldoze the elections by boycotting/ street agitation.

If such assurances are not secured against arrests then they might choose to come a bit late in the campaign still - in about ten days time from now with just fifteen or so days to go to spread their mayhem. Maryam might arrive ahead of Nawaz to ride the sympathy wave for Kulsoom or going to jail and test the resolve of supporters.

State should avoid any deal or semblance of any sort of an NRO with either Zardaris or Sharifs and let the courts handle them according to the law and their crime. Its time that the crooks be threatened with maximum punishment under the law if they dont return the looted wealth of the Nation and face the minimum punishment if they do return it... The state holds the position of strength here and not these two bit crooks... State must realize its upper hand and throw the gauntlet this time instead of falling for the crooks bluff.

Chaudhry sb is a purana chawal who is trying his old tactics of grabbing attention/ rating and standout amongst the hordes of journalists doing their best to do the same in the election reporting circus, lol... The real deal was and is always the timing and not the ominous punishment in the absence of even a single proof of legitimacy.
