NAB should have appealed against this verdict announcement at the same time decision in high court as it has no legal significance or obligation or argument but a purely political need of defense that suits them to minimize damage of adverse verdicts coming one after the other like one hit after the other.

Defence Lawyers like KH Haris use tactical questions to try and get a specific answer from witness...if Khwaja Haris succeeds in trapping the witness WZ once, WZ shall be prepared to counter it when same is repeated in next petition etc. It is a tactic of bulldozing the prosecution's case.

With reference to above about Naeem Bukhari, there is some disturbing news doing rounds in London that Naeem Bukhari was attacked:

London tube station shut after 'assault' leaves man with serious head injury and passengers screaming

London's Marble Arch tube station has reopened following reports of an assault which left a man with a head injury.

Terrified witnesses reported seeing an 'attack' at the station shortly before 3.10pm today.


A woman on board a Central Line train said passengers were not being allowed off the carriage due to a "crime scene".

A patient was rushed to a major trauma centre with a head injury and a forensic team was sent to the station.

A man has been arrested.

One onlooker known as Abi, 31, had been travelling home from Tottenham Court Road station before witnessing the evacuation at Marble Arch from the opposite platform on Friday afternoon.

She told GetWestLondon : “It was incredibly scary, it really was terrifying - I’ve lived in London 11 years and never seen anything like this before.

“I was on the westbound train which pulled into Marble Arch.

"The doors opened and pretty soon after there was loads of screaming coming from the other platform and lots of people ran away from the commotion.

"I couldn’t hear anything there was so much screaming and the alarm went off on the train, which I assume is because someone had pulled it.”

Witness Laura Jane Vickers-Green added: "A seriously ill passenger [was] being treated on the platform.

"This was at about 3.20pm and it looked pretty awful. Hope to god they were alright."

The station was fully reopened shortly before 6pm.

A spokesman for British Transport Police: “Officers were called at 3.10pm today after reports of an assault at Marble Arch Underground station.


“Officers and the London Ambulance Service attended the scene.

“A man has been detained as part of our investigation into the incident."
A spokesman for the London Ambulance Service said: "We were called at 3.17pm today to reports of an incident inside Marble Arch Underground station.

"We sent an ambulance crew to the scene, which arrived in six minutes.

"We treated a man for a head injury and took him as a priority to a major trauma centre."
