I hope PA plays it cleverly this time.. with restraint.. and ensures that ISI and MI plays its due role in Panama..

Dawn Leaks should be kept aside until Panama is not decided.. Panama is the most important case in Pakistan's history.

Regarding scary.. iss se ziada scary aur kia hoga jo aaj kal horaha hai NS ke saath.. Phone inn ke uthaey nahi ja rahay.. Arrests ka pakka irada hai..
Inn se sirf itna kaha gaya hai ke aap baraey naam koi action na lain.. jo action propose kia gaya hai zimmedaron ke khilaaf usay publish kardain.. Woh bhi nahi kar rahay kyun ke inhain maloom hai ke PA ka arrests ka irada hai..

Agar aisi baat hai..tu phir har 2 weeks ke baad JIT report unhein send ki jayegi..individually?? Aur phir har judge ki apni marzi hogi...ke woh individually decide karein ke kisi bhi waqt disqualify kardein?? Teeno ka ek saath verdict dena bhi zuroori nahi hoga?? Pakora judge beshak leave par bhi chalay jayein..tu farq nahi paray ga??? Ye kuch ajeeb nahi???....aisy kahan hota hai??

My opinion is that monitoring bench will only monitor the JIT based on the TORs already given to them. It won't decide on the disqualification.

Once they collect the relevant evidence, they will provide it to the remaining three judges.

I think JIT report will go back to the full bench of five, not just the three.

This is what I also think.. Waisay JIT ki report pesh karnay ke liey koi SC main bethna zaroori nahi hai.. inn ko individually bhi di jasakti hai.. Important thing is.. the monitoring bench will only compile attested and authentic documents.. and monitor the progress and pass orders if necessary.. Orders will not be related to disqualification, but only related to the work of JIT.. For example, 7 days main yeh record check karain,.. 3 days main yeh document Panama bhejain.. 14 days main Qatari ko bulwaein.. 3 days main NS ka bayan lein.. that's it..

Weekly report main in 3 judges ka aik saath bethnay ka koi tuk nahi banta.. mera tou yehi khayal hai.

Gen. Bajwa won't resign. It will show weakness on his and the institutions part.

It's a difficult situation for both. I think whether Maryam is involved or not, this situation should be resolved as soon as possible without much damage.... India is planning to cash this situation. Yesterday they have accused our soldiers of doing surgical strike.
