These kind of articles are just Western foreign policy decrees that want to exonerate Israel from the situation and try bringing an end to Hamas so they can get the PA to sign off some documents in which Israel will annex West Bank and Palestinian situation will never be brought up again. They make it incredibly hard for Palestinians to live and that's cruel of them but that doesn't mean all Palestinians will fold.

When Israel found out that also started to build Military powers, Hamas was created as a separate organisation with a goal to destroy Israel,
so Israel would limit the military conflict to Hamas and not the Muslim Brotherhood social work.
Hamas has primarily been funded by the Gulf States and Iran.

To allow an organisation to exist is very different from creating said organisation.
Even if your claims had been true, they would be totally irrelevant.
Iran funding has allowed Hamas to follow a policy to have Palestinians killed for propaganda reasons.
