Great idea and great development.
When I was in my high school, I had the same idea of Methane and LPG produced from organic wastes.
Small scale digesters are used in many places, in Pakistani villages, which are tightly sealed containers.
It's got an oppening, you throw in the waste, and through a pipe which carries the gasses you can now enjoy free and pure methane in your home

Exactly what I was talking about! In my youth, I had an brilliant plan to set up a series of these digestors and produce gas in large quantities.
