Pakistani representative was much more civilized and eloquent and to the point,

for your lady representative..

But the difference is what the so called "Babies" said in that forum is irrefutable hard facts backed with enough evidence which the world had already acknowledged, where as your's are just mere allegations without substantial evidence to support it and yeah, a wishful thinking (plebiscite).

P.S: Pakistan asking for Plebiscite is like Brazil asking for a rematch of World Cup 2014 since they had played and lost it but the spectators were in favor of Brazil winning the trophy.

Why don't Pakistan understand, there are no buyers for your request since you have tried to change the status quo of Kashmir dispute unilaterally using military misadventure, not once but multiple times and lost big time to achieve any objectives out of them.

Tell me how many Indian's aka Kashmir's have crossed borders seeking asylum from our neighbors just like Afghani in Pakistan, Bengali's from east Pakistan or Rohingya people of Myanmar because of Indian oppression ???

Unless anything of that magnitude happen, the world will be more than happy to say a one liner regarding Human Rights in Kashmir and do there job.

we have given refugee to many Kashmiris from other side, You can never create such situation on mass scale for Kashmirisi bcoz they have Pakistan on their side, they are not rohingya. your whole ganga will be obliterated within hours if you dare remove them from there land.
