Pakistan's prospects of 5% growth rate at risk, says World Bank r

I remember reading article of Indian who visited some war effected FATA areas and was surprised quality of houses were better then in Bihar villages.

Agreed .
Situations are far worse in Bihar ,Jharkand ,UP area ,Combined they have one third of our total population

As you said credit suisse is wealth and not income well am perfectly fine with that :D . As far as our middle class remain wealthier I wouldn't see much into it income trends .;)

Income trends in Pakistan would need further looking but I did come up with Median household income

http://www.riazhaq.com/2015/03/comparing-median-incomes-of-bangladesh.html

Pakistan's per capita median income is $73.26 per month in terms of 2005 PPP (purchasing poverty parity) US dollars as of 2010. It is higher than India's $60.48 and Bangladesh's $51.67 per capita per month, according to the World Bank.

I will tag you when I get the income trends for Pakistan

then how far Pakistan can utilize the growing rates of her middle class? how much Pakistan can generate more tax money from every per-cent growth of her Middle class? thus how many jobs in private sector this middle class can producing every year?

it's near non meaningful, if the grow of middle class in Pakistan is contribute next to nothing to the whole of Pakistan Socio-economy structures

Pakistan has had a prior experience with 5% growth rate under Musharraf. However, hardly any benefits accrued to the economy overall. A consumption boom funded by foreign aid/loans left few visible signs of growth. The infrastructure development aspects of CPEC are different. However, care should be taken that a second round of Musharraf era-type growth is avoided. It will be an opportunity squandered.
