An upcoming book by the eminent Pakistani analyst Mansoor Ahmed. The book covers the critical decisions and personalities that shaped Pakistan’s acquisition of the bomb. As a former Pakdef user, I have been looking forward to this book for almost 20 years. @Bilal Khan (Quwa) @JamD

Can't wait.

Its about time that Pakistani scholars take up the job of putting out our history, in our own words, before the world.

I've read two out of the handful of Pakistani-authored books on the nuclear program, each successively better in quality than the previous one. I hope that Mansoor Ahmed will do an even better job.

Agreed.

Mansoor is a phenomenal scholar. He is also the nephew of Munir Khan, one of the architects of Pakistan’s nuclear program. So considering those two angles, he should add to the body of work that exists on the subject.

Well if USA, Russia, and China have nuclear weapons, why can't we have nuclear weapons?
