In the second last photo they guy on the left wearing grey suit isn't he the same guy who pitched the POF Eye corner shot?

Only one question ,
Effective range; 800 - 1000m , it this range sufficient. ?

In general terms, about 2000 meters or so tends to be the upper bounds of effective maximum range. Primarily because with the distance the bullet loses velocity; longer the range more pronounced the effect of windage, elevation and temperature.

Rule of the thumb being, greater the calibre & weight of the bullet, greater the aiming range. For medium calibres such as 0.308 round; 800 to 1000 meters is considered the maximum effective range for a sniper. Depending upon the skill of the sniper, a larger round say 0.50 calibre, would probably finds its aim at 2000 meters, however probability of ‘first round hit’; beyond 1500 meters even for 0.50 rifle goes down dramatically.

Even though if hit by a bullet in a critical part such as the head, a human being can be killed at 3000 meters & beyond; probability of accurate aiming at this distance is extremely small.
