There are more than one way of checking. Pakistan's positivity rate is still below 10%. India's is past 20%. Excess mortality rates are another measure.

9% positivity ratio for 100 tests will be same as 9% of 200 tests. Percentages do not double with doubling in numbers. Please..

But , this time the extra 100 are those with no symptoms of the disease. So the 9% positivity rate will fell to 4.5% because the extra 100 do not add to the positivity ratio. Which means we will still only get 9 persons testing positive out of 200 tested. You talking about the absolute number, but forget that it will have very little effect on it because the increase number do not add anything to positivity ratio. If somehow we were refusing patients tests, that would be something bad and in that case increasing tests would have increased positivity ratio as well as absolute number of positive patients. Hope you get it now

Our oxygen production is in hundreds of MT to start with, unlike India's 7500 MT. That's the reason our oxygen production is consumed 70-80% these days. But we are not sitting idle, we also ordered oxygen concentrators from other countries, also we are repairing oxygen generation plant in now closed Karachi steel mill. Which will increase our oxygen production. To sum up the situation, we are not going to face any oxygen related issue for a month atleast.

is the difference between a genuine democracy and false democracy or dictatorship like China. False democracies and dictatorships always want to get favourable data by manipulation. They don't have any genuine concern for people and the wellbeing of people. Rather than ensuring the good health and care that people need, they are more interested in arguing that they don't have any problem
