Does Muslims are not being killed by Indian Forces?

Indian forces don't kill people for their religion. If it were so, their would be no minorities or Muslims in India today. On the contrary, Indian muslims are not only far better off than Pakistani minorities, in fact they are growing and progressing by the day. Their progress is slow but the state is not acting as an inhibitor. The state acts as a facilitator.

But your laws such as blasphemy project an entirely different image of the Pakistani state towards its minorities.

this blasphemy law is the shadow of dictator Muhammad Zia-ul-Haq, he only amended the 8th shedule to islamize pakistan and he recruited 30 to 40 % of solider directly from madrassa , today this solider are holding major position in the army and in ISI, who are nothing but taliban in uniform
