Each year they report 20% increase in tax collection over previous and still are are struck with just 0.5% paying tax

Collecting tax from just 10% of Pakistan will generate hell alot of revenue

Arre bhai we r talking bout Income Tax which is a major chunk of all ur taxes combined. No one pays Income Tax in Pakistan it seems.
