Iran route isn't feasible.

Afg Taliban control most of the territory there..traders will have to pay taxes to talibans in order to pass without troubles or afg govt,nato,usa will need to secure,clear the routes...

However that's not the case on Pak,afg trade routes especially the trade route of torkham, it's closer to kabul..
