The shortest route for India to trade with Central Asia is through Pakistan . IPEC (India Pakistan Economic Corridor) to Central Asia could've been built had both countries not stuck to their pity issues .

I must admit that South Asia is the biggest victim of Missed Economic Opportunities cause of the differences among India and Pakistan .

Why would't they -- they actually rebuffed Afghanistan request to build a direct route from Afghanistan to China. China access Afghanistan through Pakistan and Pakistan has no quarrel with China.

Well I am all for trade with India but I don't see why we should give up our market (Afghanistan + CARs) to India. What do we get in return. We should trade with India because that is a bilateral issue.
