What is Pakistan's per capita steel consumption? Per capita electricity generation? Percapita cement consumption? What's Pakistan's forex reserves? How many new cars or two wheelers or tractors sold in Pakistan? All these data cannot be undocumented. Check those states and compare them with other developing countries and you won't come up with that 70% undocumented bullshit again.

Who is Responsible for what happens in a Country - Good or Bad ? The People and Leaders of the Country.

There are FAR FAR smaller countries than Pakistan. There are Countries like SOUTH KOREA, Total Destroyed , facing Nuclear Threat, but Chose a Path NO TO COMPETE with NORTH KOREA but Invest themselves in technology and Growth.

Fundamentals of your country are weak, for example you only invest in a company who’s fundamentals are strong.
