why doesn't saviour of humanity India take these refugees

here is an idea india can give them refuge in the tropics of south india. it will keep them warm.

I am not with anyone and India already understands problems created from sheltered refugees and i am against sheltering refugees. Every country has its own interests and in that sense i was suggesting Pakistan to take its interests first than Afghan refugees.
