all jokes aside, this shows how human ingenuity comes to our rescue when needed.

Our ancestors used to pump water by spinning a wheel connected to a pulley, which would pull up buckets filled with water. this just uses a modern version of that concept.

but it is a shame that people have to take a step BACKWARDS due to govt inefficiency.
