I think in BD and PK, the less educated people are more intelligent than the higher educated people in context of discovering or inventing such effective and intelligent idea as I think (may be) the idea is created by any farmer or that type people.

Well desparate times calls for desparate measure, but this is definitely not brilliant idea. I mean innovative, well yes, but not brilliant. The engine of the bike is not optimised for this. Instead of this, they could have gone for a petrol/diesel driven motor pump.
