He won't answer you.
But i will ask you a question.
Now that Iran is implementing something similar to this saying, along with many others. Do you believe they are following advice contrary to your interpretation of religion?
if yes, what is the religious term for them
if no, then why can't you follow it in Pakistan?
1. I think we are not living in Islamic system.
2. I think Ayatollahs are custodians of Fiqh (Qanoon/Jurisprudence) not human beings until the Al-Qaim (as) reappears. Every muslim/human being is responsible for his life property and he/she should do whatever is necessary to protect his/her life.
3. Quarantining suspected someone is acceptable in my POV as long as you are doing it right, if you are putting the suspected someone with an infected someone and you don't know who is infected and just because you think that the suspected someone is actually infected and can infect others but in reality the suspected someone is actually not infected and gets infected once he/she is quarantined with the infected - than I dont know what to say, its on you. And clearly we haven't done it right, if you look at the zaireen who came through taftan border.
4. I don't know what they've been doing (the Iranians) with their ppl atm - I guess this is the downside of theocratic govts, the outsiders don't know much, but if I was to running their govt, I would've thought first that what would Ali ibn Abi Talib do for his people in this situation and I would do it with conviction, make no mistakes because you're not allowed to make mistakes at this level - and if you make a single one, you shouldn't be running the govt.
5. If the supreme leader has issued a fatwa regarding quarantining yourself or maintaining distance and make sure that you're not infected than you must do that but if the supreme leader is forcefully quarantining you than I don't know what to say.
6. Not every shia is a follower of Supreme Leader of Iran, in fact most of the Pakistani shias are followers of Ayatollah Sistani who is based in Iraq, get a written fatwa from him if you want the shias to follow you blindly. In fact get every Ayatollah on page and get a written fatwa from them that Pakistan has an infallible law and infallible govt and its a job of every muslim to follow it.
7. Yes everyone has to respect the laws of the lands, even if you're living in a non-muslim country, you must respect the laws of the land, but what if that certain law is putting your life in danger? remember its not something divine (the law) that we have to follow, we're the ones making it (the law) - and if you claim that Rasool Allah (SAWW) said that, then please explain how do you or your leaders understood the Infallible message without a tashreeh done by the Infallible (Prophet SAWW) himself? Do you have a tashreeh of that certain hadith by Rasool Allah (SAWW)? we're fallible human beings, we cannot understand the infallible message without the details explained by the Rasool Allah (SAWW) himself.
8. How did the shia understood, because shias believe in 14 infallibles and the 8th infallible aka Imam Jafar as Sadiq (as) has done tashreeh of that hadith which is as follows:
It is mentioned in al-Kafi, Vol. VIII. According to it Ubaydullah al-Halabi asked Imam Ja’far al-Sadiq (a) whether a person was allowed to move out of a place where plague had broken out?
The Imam (a) said: “There is no harm. The Prophet only forbade the leaving of a place which was situated in front of the enemy position. When plague broke out there and the people began to flee from it, the Prophet said that he who fled from there, would be considered to have run away from a battlefield. The Prophet said so because he did not want the Muslims to desert their position."
Thankfully the article 245 is imposed now in Punjab and Sindh and Balochistan I don't know about KPK just woke up will see the news in a bit, and anyway I hope our army will do what is necessary for our people.
Just a thought.
Best.
