I think we have a problem with law implementation and its enforcement which is selective in nature. Its a lost cause democracy or no democracy. Things will remain the same and we should just be at peace with this and let it go

No. We should create awareness among the public. Changing mind of society will took decades if not centuries but hey... at one time the survivors will see the results of the change started decades before. Slowly but surely.

In the French history during the revolution (or after) they started to implement laws with force. Whoever was caught not following the law in jail... it took decades for make the society to accept the rule of law.
Why not in Pakistan ?
