Secondly he was merely pointing out if you believe the validity of the source you must believe his previous nonsensical statements - perhaps you do believe what he has said in the past and you want to hide it??

No, you do not believe on a person, you belive in his arguments. The fact that he was previous supreme court judge should be good enough reason for us to listen. But which one to reject and which one to accept will depend on us, and should be decided based on arguments provided.
The same non-sensical post has been posted all over pdf by the same guy who thinks it is non-sensical now.

I have not even commented on what Katju has said here. I'm just reading about the legal aspects and the rulings right now. I've never quoted Katju in the past too.

However the same funnyman who calls his statements silly and provocative here has been posting Katju's silly and provocative statements on all kinds of unrelated threads a hundred times on this forum (and already twice on this very thread). That I pointed out.

Your defense of his trolling and hypocrisy is surprising. I'll ignore the taunt as I have a different opinion of you.

He is just emphasizing that the British who were very able in implementing rule of law - suggests that the heads should have some immunity from being prosecuted during their term - which has precedent throughout their ruling for centuries.

Secondly the SC disqualifying a head of Government is not legal for the reason that the Parliament and its representatives is an own individual body with its own rights and the judgement undermines that.

There can be two sets of people - one who disagrees and the next set who agrees - I don't think the SC is over and above the people's selected representative's mandate.
