Usually terrorist killing is politically or religiously motivated hence, called a terrorist. Just because one person kills another person he does not become a terrorist, he becomes a murderer. Usually Muslim killers if mentally ill or not carry out those killing in the name of god or a political cause hence they are called terrorist.

A murder no matter by whom should be taken as a murder...But when you keep seeing a murder for 1 class as an act of terrorism and not the same fro another...it is not just media biasedness but people eventually start believing it is the case!

Yes, but as the age-old excuse goes, which is to some extent valid too, it is the shooter that kills and not the gun. First of all, what I have learnt about States after living in USA for good 5 years is, there is never going to be a ban on the guns. Secondly, if there was (lets assume for a while), people will still kill, not with guns, with knives, or just about any other article that could be used to kill someone. So in essence, it is not about the gun but about the attitude of the people. I have essentially moved in the academic circles and perhaps only once I noticed some indecent behavior by a white woman when I was about to accidentally bump my shopping cart into her. Thats pretty much the only incident I could recall of. In general, I am a great admirer of Americans and I have found them good, in-fact very good people compared to, well sorry to say, Asians.

Courts do examine the person with a doctor if required.
