GB is not neglected because they get highest per capita budget. They don't spend it the right way, it's their fault not federal governments.

Yeah , just Faisalabad pays 22 Billion Rs in taxes every year , while the whole of KPK payed 23 billion.
So yes Punjab is doing a lot better.
