I never wrote anything about indian muslims or their plight in india, I don't care about them and its none of my business. So I don't get how you "replied in kind" when I never even mentioned indian muslims. If you wanted to "reply in kind" then you should have done it to the people who posted stuff about discrimination of indian muslims.

Yeah that had to do with the fact that there were more Hindus in Bangladesh then they were in West Pakistan. So when they become independent the number of Hindus went down in Pakistan. We don't go around killing minorities regularly as you indians are implying. And as for your last statement I only wanted to point out that india is no where near as perfect in treating their minorities as some people here are saying. Like I said it was your lovely countrymen who started trolling about minorities first.

I must say that I am enjoying this cognitive dissonance. Pakistani's are brought up on a staple diet of persecution of Muslims in India. Knowledgeable Pakistanis however know that amidst all the flaws of Indian secularism, Bollywood remains a true beacon of secularism. If you have talent (and a little bit of source) you will be accepted with open arms, regardless of your religion, or country (loons like Shiv Sena notwithstanding).

Pakistanis making it to the Bollywood, and some even making it big, completely runs counter to that stereotype of Muslim persecution. Intelligent Pakistanis face this dichotomy by accepting that perhaps all the stories of persecution are exaggerated after all, particularly in the context of India's entertainment industry. However most, unable to adjust to the reality, keep clinging on to that stereotype. To comfort themselves they keep referring to Mumbai riot, Gujrat riot, Babri mosque, Shabana Azmi's comments (ripping it from context), Hashmi's comments (even though he had retracted his comments calling it an unfortunate misunderstanding).

This, I must say, is as good as it gets.

Totally agree with you hindus, sikhs and christians are treated less then animals in pakistan, 2 months ago there was incident where 2 sikhs were beheaded and their heads sent to gurudwara.

Also this happened only last month in quetta Hindu trader killed, son kidnapped in Quetta

Wrong examples. It's true that minorities are not getting a fair deal in our country but the murders you quoted were done by terrorists and kidnappers who don't differentiate people on the basis of religion.

I can't really find a quote where Ali Zafar actually said he wants to move to India in a capacity where it can be termed as "relocation".

If he's there shooting a movie, he has to stay there for prolonged periods. Indian media totally made this up.
