Ah just stop with this BS. Pakistani cuisine is far different than indian cuisine. Balochi cuisine such as sajji, dumpukht and shinwari tikka etc from KPK are to name a few. Biryani is also different in Pakistan from indian perspective.
Pakistani cuisine is meat focused and NOT vegetarian based.
Just look at mcdonalds of both countries to know the difference ( a crude example but would tell you alot of what people in both countries eat).

Sindhis are 14% of Pakistani Population. And Millions of them are not even Sindhi, they are Baloch like the Zardaris for Example.

There might be few exceptions with good command over language and pronunciation but majority cannot speak urdu properly

Arain are originally Sindhi, urban Centeral Punjab has many Kashmiris especially inner city, South Punjab is home to big Baloch population, our poets, singers, actors, athletes are Punjabi Pathan, muhajir UP ites have assimilated into culture- something like Turkish identity which took over different groups into one

The idea is to attract all Paks, Indians and BD's, and Pakistanis will visit a restaurant named with indian cuisines, as the hatred isn't there to that extreme.

More and more restuarants are calling themeselves Pakistani or Bangladeshi. In the past all South Asian countries referred to their cuisine as Indian because this term referred to the entirity of South Asia untill India hijacked the name for their country in 1947.

Come to Cities of punjab or better yet visit Islamabad ( a combination of every ethinicity of Pakistan). I mean where did you find your ethinicity chart and assume that all punjabis consume cuisine that is same with indian punjab.
You would find Sajji, afghani pulao, shinwari tikka, matka biryani, chapli kebeb, namkeen tikka MORE THAN you would find anything you seem to be associated with your indian cusine.
