Second-time mom Sarwat Gilani is barely out of the hospital, but she’s already signing up for new roles! Or should I say old roles?
The Pushto speaking, rifle wielding Sarwat Gilani is all set to reprise her role in the sequel of Jawani Phir Nahi Ani!
The OG JPNA was a blockbuster which had the audience rolling with fits of laughter.
Sarwat initially had a small role, as the wife of Vasay Chaudhry. However, this time around, director Nadeem Baig has something bigger in mind!
“Yes she is going to be in the movie, same as Vasay’s wife but will have a lot more to do this time around.”
Well, Sarwat is simply kicking it out of the park. She and husband, Fahad Mirza, recently had a baby boy.

The movie’s shooting will begin later this year, which gives Sarwat plenty of time to rest up and get her rifles out for the next JPNA!
