Do the Armed Forces of Pakistan have any official group or directorate specifically devoted to information warfare or psychological warfare?
These types of warfare are the subject of much academic discussion in the US these days.

Well you see the thing is that India's boegyman (the entity they fear the most ) in Pakistan is Hafiz Saeed. Whenever any Indian or Indian media has a discussion regarding Pakistan, Hafiz Saeeds name always crops up. So when you asked about Pakistan's psychological warfare capacities I naturally had to name Hafiz Saeed...seeing as he gives Indians so many nightmares (btw his party is called Jamat ud Dawa (JuD), a social work organization).

This gentleman here is Hafiz Saeed.

On a more serious note I think that ISI might handle psych ops and information warfare.

As far as I know, there is no official wing or directorate to handle information and psychological warfare. It is quite possible that such a unit exists, but it'd most likely be kept under wraps and conducted in a clandestine manner. There are plenty of allegations against Pakistan for using such warfare, but no reliable information in the public sector as far as psychological warfare goes.

For information, there has been a lot of talk about cyber warfare, but, again, nothing official.

Here is an example of an official British Army Unit set up for the purposes of psychological warfare.

Since the Pakistani Army has already inherited its methods and training and organization from the British, they may want to consider this option as well.
