@FaujHistorian i think the person needs presentation/documentation model . I dont know much CS so may be selection of words at my created confusion

Proposal concepts are pretty simple and unless that person is getting private education as in a pvt candidate where self study and all is done, one wouldnt have issue with proposal format , cuz they are taught for evey project or assignment by the instructors. Usually i have seen ppl taking i.t projects for completeeeeeeeeeee coding.

what i understood i asked for here.

And i am not defending her all I understand and know that she cant copy past because here in Pakistan too Universities have strict ethics and rules and regulation. This is not my area of studies but as far as my understanding is she or any student has to defend the thesis too so I think copy past wont work for any.

And in uk and usa u cant get around the system. and even in european varsities. All thanks to the softwares employed.

And i think @JonAsad bahi was saying rearrange the wordings u will circumvent the software. Idont know exactly but thats quite risky thing. I think u can still be caught.

I would justsay always keep ur goal set at being more and more creative, which on our pakistani side should start from revamping our education system right from the bottom.in our system there is no effort done on encouraging creativity, logical reasoining, critical analysis, and honing or even developing analytical skills.

Here in UK. Uni use a specific software which can check the authenticity of every thesis.
I survived because it was my first assignment and haven't guided properly. Therefore got a warning.
