Too far and costly to transport and test from Sindh and Baluchistan. Only areas near ICT in adjacent provinces are using ICT testing facilities otherwise those provinces have their own labs.

According to the worldometers website, we are testing 472 people per million, while India is testing 291 per million. But this is not a contest. We need to focus on increasing our testing capacity.

Wealthier countries have tested thousands per million because they have the resources, and systems in place. But if you look at the list, there are a number of less developed countries that have tested more people per million e.g. Iraq (1396), Tunisia (1362), Lebanon (3066), to name a few. So there is a lot of room for improvement.
