Don't bet on this one. Pakistani's only are susceptible to this when they live in and are brought up in enclaves. Single men will just blend in over time and nobody would even notice. This most likely is a domestic "bitch fight" that has gone public. She threw these allegations knowing he being who he was would get right shafting. I also notice his reaction. Probably because he is pissed off and in derision said "go check the bloody airport".
