Pakistan need to take and raise this incidence on International forums, UNHCR...Amnesty Intl', human rights watch, others.

This is a horrendous incidence, most likely they were poor Dalits with no support, and here in Pakistan caste issue is not a big thing for Hindus. In India Dalits are killed for sports, for minor issues.

CAA is a hogwash and fake effort to embolden Hindutva and add to the electorate.
