Instead of going into splits trying to find fault .. look for the key words in post No 1

To me they were ..overweight, chain smoking, sedentary live style.

I dont know what u r supposed to say,,,but definitely not god or such.
btw I am pretty hopeful tht the day when u or some loved one becomes our customer,,the correct word will automaticaly come out of ur mouth:agree:

if u r implying tht u r more intellectualy capable then the village dakia/masterji?
well tht is yet to be confirmed:D
it does not matter what I say, I will always think.. you are taking my money, you better be good at your job(dont understand all those abbreviations and degrees, your white apron is good enough) pretty sure some of these tests are not needed but yeah who does not like a few extra quid.. lets try to suck it from insurance together so that premiums skyrocket and become unaffordable. :p:
yeah I give tea and biscuit to the guy who fixes stuff in my house, although I am paying for it.. nothing wrong in common courtesy, but dont thing for a moment he is doing a favour coz he is not.
Let me tell you something we doctors are versatile...if you think of us as a professional (monetary transaction) we could act like that..

Or if you think of as doing service...we could that as well...it depends upon the patient...wat he expects from us!!!

But don't expect us to do both!!!
PS: hope you never have to visit us!! :)

I have no special expectation, just like from other profession. But people always rise above what is required by their duty, whether you are a doctor or a hawaldar. Lets not make it 'unique to my profession' thing. Unless you are asserting doctors go above what is required from them more often than other professions.

I can always cheat you by looking grateful as customary (its becoming increasingly apparent), just like I need to give tea and biscuit to handyman. Thats no big deal, I am well aware of what will happen if I dont give it.

lolz... I just said what I think is true, without getting emotional.. I understand health is so personal, we are utterly emotional and grateful for somebody saving us but not a person who designed a bridge for example. This is inherent human bias, something I am trying to avoid, look at my sig...
everybody has right to feel special, no offense taken dude..
