IDEF11, the 10th International Defence Industry Fair, continues on its second day with various signing ceremonies and new announcements. Hundreds of companies from all around the world are participating in the international event. Global Industrial and Defence Solutions (GIDS) is one of those companies. Mr Syed Guftar Shan, CEO of GIDS, expressed his view about IDEF and his desire to participate in the next IDEF13 event
GIDS is a premier defence company of Pakistan. The companys main objective is to research, develop and market defence capabilities locally as well as internationally. There are 7 companies under GIDS leadership to provide support and service solutions for current and future defence by designing, developing and manufacturing a wide range of electronic systems and subsystems for both military and commercial applications as Air Launched systems and air defence land systems, and NBC defence, security and riot protection.
Having stated that Turkey is his companies biggest client, Mr Syed Guftar Shan, CEO of GIDS, expressed his view about IDEF and his desire to continue participating in the organisation of the coming years, with an expectation of having better deals and more clients.
