Pakistani food served in the UK - comments?

I like both Pakistani and Indian food. Here we are very frequent to a Pakistani restaurant. A family from Karachi runs it and it's one of my favorite restaurants. The food tastes great!!

There is no doubt that Muslims know how to cook meat better than us. Its got nothing to do with India or Pakistan. I have Muslim friends whose mothers cook meat dishes so tasty that there is nothing we cook that comes close. We are better at fish, but then I don't think Muslims eat much of fish. But red meat no one does it better. Our Kolhapuri and Andhra and Kerala style is good. But hats still off to Muslims. Now ramzan is coming. Good days!

P.S. In UK I heard most Indian and Pakistani restaurants have Bangladeshi cooks and sometimes even management. So don't go by the name.

Stupid dumbo Before independence there were many companies who were found in main land indian and now mainland Pakistan.But that was before 47.

love Tandoori Chicken, Butter Chicken, Chicken Curry, Mutton Kabab, Chicken Kabab, Beef Kabab, Pork Kabab, Chicken Samosas, Crab Curry... Damn you know what.. pretty much anything that moves.

Yeah it depends on specific regions where people live. A tamilian or a keralite like a bengali is more prone to have a bite of a fish then a punjabi who love his kukkad.

Being a north Indian, I can see the heavy Mughal Influence on the food and that's why I tend to differentiate them by terming Mughalai as non vegetaria and vegetarian as Hinduaani...

Its Pak company n is very famous n successful.

Pakistani Hamdard is independent from the Indian Hamdard. The Indian Hamdard the originally founded company in Delhi never shifted their business to Pakistan.

the founder of hamrad abdul hameed was the brother of hakeem said who migrated to pakistan like many urdu spekers and he didnt recieve a penny from abdul hameed while doing so, the hamdard of pakistan is unlike hamdard of india which has its own university, school, college technically its a city called baitul hikmah which has asia's largest library
