I think they are trying to pressurize the new Pakistani government, affairs in west are from state to state, so they want to put Pakistan's new government under pressure from start. I also think that Imran Khan should call a national security council meeting soon after taking oath to show to the World that Pakistan's civilian and military leadership is on one page & this indian and western propaganda of creating faulty lines between the two will die on its own.

The fact is that this goes against everything the west wanted for Pakistan i.e the Status quo.
We should expect a massive increase in terror, belligerent actions by western nations( the UK may be exempt at the end as the Goldsmiths have good links in power..and we should be grateful to them for helping out where they could).
